Excellent tech!!!

~I couldn't get onto my online bank, and was in a state of panic when I called West Valley Tech, and spoke with Matt Mayfield...he was able to come over to my house that day, and quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it...(I was beyond impressed)...

Best tech

Have used Matt’s services for years. My desktop went down and wouldn’t load up. Started to panic because I knew this computer was very old. Got a hold of Matt he came by did his magic and everything is great. Highly recommend him!

New Hard Drive

My hard drive recently crashed and Matt was my first choice to install a new one. He completed the installation promptly, downloaded Windows 10 and transferred my files from the old drive within 24 hours, all at a reasonable cost. My laptop is faster than ever. Great Service

When we lost our Microsoft Office programs due to a "Windows Upgrade" Matt was on the case within an hour. As a business owner this is the type of service we need to keep our business running. Matt is a real pro and we will definitely continue to use his service. He is our "IT Guy" form now on.

Excellent Service

I am an independent marketing consultant who works from home. My hard drive crashed early Monday morning. In a panic I called Matt. He calmly told me he could be by within an hour and grab my tower. He did and a few hours later he had rescued my files (NONE LOST!) and he had it to me the next day. I didn't have any downtime for my business. Matt explained everything and his price was extremely affordable.

Honest and Reliable Service

I contacted Matt after dropping a laptop and cracking the digitizer. He could have convinced me that I should either have the digitizer removed from the laptop or have the screen and digitizer replaced at an even greater cost. Instead, he took the high road and advised that we do nothing since the damage wasn't affecting the images on the screen.

Matt's advice saved me money while taking it out of his pocket, and I appreciated that. His advice supports the claim on his website that “We pride ourselves on being 100% honest with our customers. You can count on solid advice from West Valley Tech”.

I will not hesitate recommending Matt to friends and neighbors and will definitely contact him if I encounter any computer issues in the future.

Great service

I was having trouble with my laptop being slow. Matt installed a ssd and windows 10. Best computer ever. Thanks.

Matt is a stand-up guy

Called Matt he answered the phone right away. Started to explain problem with my laptop he said where you at I'll pick it up and look at it.
He said 48hrs but called me in 24hrs and communicated to me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Very reasonable price.
The next day he called and said its ready and that he added win10 to my system. It was shutting off after an hour or so of using it. But have used it the past couple days and it works great. Awesome!

Does a great job!

Matt goes way above and beyond expectations. There are times he's been here well into the evening solving some computer glitch or problem. Sometimes multiple problems. We have five computers on our network, two printers, and I know I can call Matt to have any issue resolved. Thanks, Matt!
